Mena Alexandra suvari born on February 13, 1979, in America is an actress as well as a fashion designer and model. When she was in 1990, shortly following her debut as a model, Suvari began to act in television programs such as Boy Meets World. She made her film debut in the dramatic film Nowhere. Her transition into major roles with her performances on American Beauty for which she was nominated for a BAFTA Award and American Pie and American Pie, both of which gained more attention. Her next appearance was in Loser (2000), with American Pie actor Jason Biggs. Later she played the role of the title role in Sugar & Spice (2002). The film also featured her in the 2002 acclaimed independent drama Spun and in the 2004 thriller film Trauma. In addition, she was a part of HBO's drama series Six Feet Under in 2004 she received a nomination as the Outstanding Cast in the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards.
